Beslam Tragedy
On September 1, 2004, in the small and remote town of Beslan, located in the Russian republic of North Ossetia, thirty two fully armed terrorists stormed School Number One. Lasted three days and involved the capture of over 1,100 people as hostages (including 777 children), ending with the death of 334 people.
